Early-stage SaaS for agencies and freelance marketers managing email and social campaigns. The founders needed to validate the core workflow — campaign creation via a custom drag-and-drop editor — before committing engineering time to a full build.

Get from an initial idea to a validated, buildable MVP: confirm the workflow real marketing professionals needed, and de-risk the drag-and-drop editor technically before committing engineering resources.

• Wrote the initial PRD from 0→1, defining problem statement, scope, and MVP boundaries
• Ran regular user interviews with marketing professionals to validate campaign-creation and list-management workflows
• Led technical exploration for the drag-and-drop editor to de-risk build feasibility
• Mapped end-to-end user flows for campaign creation, launch, and performance tracking

• Shipped a functioning MVP with a working campaign-creation flow
• Built an interactive drag-and-drop editor: users choose a content-block type (text, image, button, etc.) and place it on canvas to configure a campaign
• End-to-end path validated: users could create, configure, and launch an email campaign — the riskiest technical assumption proven buildable before further investment
